This fantastic and spectacular view is located just 6 km from Tameghza , Midès which towers above a dramatic gorge only 1 km from Algerian border. These stunning rock formations have been inspirations for many people e.g. they were used as a setting for many movies, including The English Patient.
The gorge of Tameghza is known more for its unique shape and formation rather than its size. A short distance away is the waterfall in Tameghza—an unexpected sight in the desert. All really worthy to be seen! |
